All pictures available are sold either mounted or unmounted. We do not ship framed pictures due to their fragile nature.
We ship via Hermes where possible or Royal Mail First Class delivery if Hermes do not deliver to your area.
We aim to dispatch items within three working days of receiving your order and will send you a dispatch notification email.
Unfortunately, we are unable to ship all of our items overseas. If there is a product you are interested in please contact us on 0191 3864034 or email us at email@example.com and we can let you know whether we can ship it to you with a delivery quote.
If you require an item urgently, please contact us directly on 0191 3864034 and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please note that this may not be possible during busy times.

Refunds & Exchanges
We accept refunds and exchanges. Please read the following information below to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions.
You as the buyer are responsible for return shipping costs via Royal Mail tracked delivery and returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order in the original packaging with the returns label enclosed.
We try our best to package your items very carefully to ensure that no damage will occur in transit, however in the event of damage, please contact us directly via email or phone so that we are able to rectify the situation.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please do not hesitate to contact us so that we can deal with any queries you may have.
